Chea Sim SOC national assembly leader, former KR
Dien Del (General) Commander in chief and chief of staff of the KPNLF armed forces.
Heng Samrin First prime minister of Vietnam supported Cambodia (PRK), former KR.
Heng Mony Chhenda (Vernerable) Buddhist monk in Site II. During his time on the border he trained in community development and after repatriation he lead an ambitious development program in north west Cambodia.
Hun Sen Former Khmer Rouge, defected to Vietneam in 197?, formally elected prime minister of Vietnam supported Cambodia (PRK) Jan. 14, 1985, co-prime minister with Prince Norodom Ranariddh after UNTAC elections in May 1993.
Ieng Sary KR / DK. Defected 1996. Pol Pot's brother-in-law. As of 2003 he lives in a villa in Phnom Penh. Hun Sen has publicly stated that Ieng Sary will never be put on trial.
Khieu Samphan  KR / DK. Becomes prime minister in December 1979. As of 2003 he lives in Pailin.
Lon Nol Former president of the Khmer Republic after overthrow of Prince Sihanouk government in 1970.
Nuon Chea Pol Pot’s former deputy. As of 2003 he lives in Pailin.
Pin Sem (Venerable) Abbot of Wat Prasatsiri in Site II / 2
Pol Pot KR leader until being deposed in 1997, died April 15, 1998.
Prince Norodom Chakrapong   
Prince Norodom Ranariddh FUNCINPEC
Prince Norodom Sihanouk Leader of royalist party FUNCINPEC. Resigned and became "neutral".
Prince Norodom Siruvudh  
Sak Sutsakhan (General) KPNLF vice president, formerly Lon Nol's chief of staff. Died May 1994.
Sanan Kajornklum (Gen .) Responsible for Thai coordination in the UNTAC repatriation of Cambodian refugees.
Son Sann KPNLF leader, post repatriation Buddhist Liberal Democratic Party leader, former PM of Cambodia.
Son Sen Khmer Rouge Defense Minister. He and his family were killed, under orders of Pol Pot, June 10, 1997.
Ta Mok  KR Southwest Regional Secretary under Pol Pot, finally captured by government forces March 6, 1999.
