IRC had special education programs in Khao-I-Dang and Site II.

The programs served children with all types of developmental disabilities.

Site II was such a large camp that IRC had to setup a school-bus service to pickup the children.  

IRC developed many tools for use in the special education program including some that will endure such as the Khmer Brail and Sign systems.
